""Terrible Experience – Unsafe, No Support, and No Check-in Despite Booking" I had one of the worst experiences ever with this property. Even after making a confirmed booking on the Agoda app, the hotel "did not allow us to check in". We reached late at night around "11:30 PM", and the situation became extremely stressful. No contact number worked— none of the phone numbers listed were reachable. This is basically an "OYO property with zero accountability" and no staff support. The location was extremely difficult to find because the area was dark with "no proper lighting", making it unsafe at night. After travelling and reaching so late, we were left stranded with "no help from hotel staff or customer support". We suffered a lot due to their negligence. I strongly advise others to "avoid this property". Completely unprofessional, unsafe, and unreliable."

"A NIGHTMARE IN SECTOR 108! UNBELIEVABLY BAD! PLEASE, I BEG YOU, READ THIS AND SAVE YOURSELF! I am writing this review from the hellhole they call a "hotel room" because I have no other option. This is, without a single doubt, the worst accommodation experience of my entire life. From the moment I entered, it was a parade of horrors. The manager handed me a single water bottle like it was a precious gift and then dropped the first bombshell: "The kitchen is on the 3rd floor, but if you want water at night, you have to come down yourself. We have no staff, and the lift is not working." Let that sink in. No water. No lift. No staff. At night. I should have run away then. The room was the next level of disgusting. The washroom was filthy, with stains I don't even want to describe. Then I saw the LED TV. I tried to turn it on, only to be told, "Sir, this is for showing only, not for using." What kind of a joke is this? A TV that's just a prop? When I asked for the Wi-Fi password, the manager casually said, "There is no recharge in the Wi-Fi." So, no internet either. The real "guests" in the room were the LOTS OF COCKROACHES and Mosquito marching around like they owned the place. There was SILAN (a sticky trap for insects) right in the corner, overflowing with past victims, which was both horrifying and clearly ineffective. I immediately called the OYO guest experience team. What followed was another two hours of torture. They called me continuously for TWO HOURS, asking the same questions, but provided ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION. The biggest surprise and shock? This property is a COMPANY SERVICE PROMOTED PROPERTY on OYO! Unbelievable! How can OYO promote such a fraudulent and uninhabitable place? This is a massive scam and wrong onboarding by OYO. They have the audacity to mention a tagline that this property is SUITABLE FOR CORPORATE. My God, if this is suitable for corporate guests, then a park bench is a 5-star suite. Final Verdict: Customer Centric?OYO is NOT SERIOUS about its customers at all. Recommended? NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE. NOT TO MY ENEMY. NOT TO ANYONDO NOT TAKE SERVICE FROM OYO. They have zero quality control and will abandon you in your moment of crisis. I am stuck here, sleepless, with cockroaches for company, all because I trusted the OYO name. "!! ALERT !! Be aware I don't know why I am rating this OYO property which was managed by directly from the OYO the services or rooms of this property is third class I traveller from Kanpur to Noida on 16 August 2025. So firstly I express my feelings for the room which was I booked in this hotel room no.205 Date of experience 16 August 2025 when you entered the room you saw the broken bed and stained bedsheet in which some spots of blood and manymore intercom is not working even switch board are badly damaged and not working how can I charge my laptop or mobile so next you saw a small table in which lots of soil this is not the room this is the dustbin with full of garbage. Now we talk about the services once I reached the hotel the receptionist was very rude and when I am asked to them what is the check out timing of your hotel so he is giving me a silly answer this was very unprofessional they don't give any toiletries not even a washed towel and the water they will give to me which was filled by the local water supply with unhygienic bottle...so my experience was very bad in this property so once you booked this property please don't pay in advance firstly you to be checked the rooms then you will pay at hotel. Isse jyada bekar ar ghatiya hotel mene aoni life me kahi nhi dekha jiske liye maine 1100 rupees pay kiya total waste of money. Don't book this property"

"This hotel needs full renovation because rooms and specially bathrooms are not in good condition. Also cleanness lacks the most. A very foul smell is coming from the rooms. Lift is also not working."

"Unsafe and Unhygienic Experience at OYO’s Own Property – Extremely Disappointed I had to urgently book a stay at Selection O (an OYO-owned property) due to a power outage at my home. I expected a clean, secure, and professional experience since this was not a partner hotel but one operated directly by OYO. Unfortunately, the reality was completely opposite and deeply disappointing. Right at check-in, the property manager asked us to send our government ID cards via WhatsApp. This is a serious privacy and data security violation. It is highly unprofessional and unsafe to collect sensitive documents through an unsecured messaging platform. For a company that claims to be tech-driven, this kind of behavior is shocking. The room we were given was in terrible condition. Bedsheets appeared used and stained, side tables were broken, and the entire space felt dirty and unmaintained. Even worse was the bathroom, which was completely unhygienic — rusted taps, a foul-smelling toilet, dirty basin, and absolutely no cleanliness. It was clear that no housekeeping had been done prior to check-in. The intercom did not work, so we had no way to call reception or ask for assistance. When we approached the staff in person, they were indifferent and unresponsive. There was no apology, no basic courtesy, and no effort to improve the situation. This is not just poor service — it’s an embarrassment for a brand that presents itself as a modern solution to Indian hospitality. If this is the condition of OYO's flagship Selection O properties, I can only imagine how bad franchise ones are."
